The Festival Souvenir Store will be open approximately 30 days prior to the date of the Festival. The prices quoted are in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only in the U.S.

Return Policy for Web Store Orders
Only Only items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped will be subject to return for refund or re-shipment. Arrangements for returning such items may be made by calling the Festival Office, at 540/662-3863, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays and the week between Christmas and News Years.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service Ground. The following rates will apply:

$10.00 - $49.99................................. $6.50
$50.00 - $99.99................................. $9.50
$100.00 - $199.99............................. $12.50
$200.00 – and up..............................$16.00
* For orders shipped in Virginia, add 5% sales tax.
