Breakfast Walk
Sponsored by Shenandoah Valley Westminster-Canterbury to promote the value of exercise, the non-competitive walk has developed into an enjoyable Apple Blossom event for all ages.
The pre-registered event, limited to 275 participants, will be held on Thursday morning, May 2nd, at 8:00 a.m. at Westminster-Canterbury. Walkers travel approximately 2 1/2 miles through wooded, scenic trails surrounding the complex.
Following the walk, participants proceed inside where an exceptional breakfast buffet awaits. Staff members, adorned in costumes relating to a chosen theme, intermingle among the guests. All walkers receive a t-shirt and a chance for door prizes. This event also plays host to the first official visit of Queen Shenandoah LXXXVI-designate.
The Breakfast Walk is sponsored by Shenandoah Valley Westminster-Canterbury and Bank of Clarke County.
