Bud light country music Party

The Bud Light Country Music Party is proud to have Jason Michael Carroll and Trent Tomlinson as this year's twinbill performers. The Country Music Party will be held in the Sprint Tent on Saturday May 3rd, from 8 p.m. to midnight.

Jason Michael Carroll was born in Houston, Texas, on June 13th, 1978. After being discovered in a local talent competition in 2004, Carroll was recommended to the Arista Nashville label in 2006. That same year his debut single, “Alyssa Lies” was released to radio and entered the U. S. Billboard Hot Country Songs charts in the Top Ten. His debut album, Waitin’ in the Country, was released in late 2006. Gaining momentum throughout 2007, it has been certified gold by RIAA with sales of over 500,000 units; and, has charted as high as #1. The second single from that album, “Livin’ our Love Song” also entered the Top Ten on the Country Charts; and the current single, “I Can Sleep When I’m Dead” is rising rapidly, pushing album sales ever higher. With his California surfer looks and his Carolina valley baritone, Jason Michael Carroll is a very hot property.

Trent Tomlinson was born in Blytheville, Arkansas on July 3rd, 1975. He worked courageously through one difficult record deal after another before being signed by Lyric Street Records in 2005. In late 2005, he released his first single, “Drunker Than Me” that promptly broke into the Top Twenty on the U. S. Country Charts. In early 2006, he released his debut album, Country Is My Rock, which has been certified gold by RIAA with sales of over 350,000 units. The album has broken into the U. S. Country Top Twenty; and, has produced two more Top Twenty singles, “One Wing in the Fire”; and, 2007’s “Just Might Have Her Radio On”. Trent describes his music this way: “It’s open a beer, sit in a lawn chair, let’s have a party, kind of country music!”

A Special Pre-Sale of tickets to the Bud Light Country Music Party will be held on Friday, March 21st, from 3:00pm to 5:30pm at Glory Days Grill, 130 Featherbed Lane, in Winchester. Tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis, with lower ticket numbers being closer to the stage. Tickets are still $35.00 each to this popular event. Full tables of ten may be purchased (and are quite popular). Tickets remaining after the Pre-Sale may be purchased at the Official Festival Souvenir Store and Ticket Outlet which will open on Monday, March 31st, at 9am in the Apple Federal Credit Union Building at the corner of South Loudoun Street and Featherbed Lane next to the Red, Hot and Blue Barbeque Grill.
