FIRST PRIZE:
Caribbean Cruise

A 7-Day / 6-Night cruise to the Caribbean on Carnival Cruise Lines, departing from Baltimore, MD. Prize includes round-trip cruise for four (4), No air, cruise only. This includes Meals, entertainment, inside cabin and much more. This trip must be booked by June 17th, 2011 and trip must be completed before 12/31/11, or prize is forfeited, there are no substitutes for the trip. ARV $2000.00 *

How to Play:

Visit the Festival’s official website, and register between Friday, June 10th  8 a.m. and Thursday, June 23rd noon for a chance to win. The contest will end at 12 noon on Thursday, June 23rd and the winning number will be drawn from the new registrations. Notifications of the winning number will be emailed out to all registrants and will also be posted on thebloom.com.

Promotion is open to legal residents of Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.  Employees and immediate family members of employees of General Motors Corporation, and each of their division’s subsidiaries, dealers, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to participate.

Rules and Restrictions on Claiming and Receiving the prizes:

• No more than one individual per household can claim a winning prize.
• Winners must pay taxes on prizes that are over $600.00 in value.
• Prize must be claimed by Friday, July 1st, 2011, 12 Noon.
• Prize must be used by established dates.
• Prizes are non-transferable.
• The entry has to be considered a valid entry and winner by the SABF. 
• Must present ticket to claim prize.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to claim prize.
• The Festival reserves the sole right to change, add, or delete any prizes at any time.
• All prizes must be booked by July 15th, 2011 or prize will be forfeited.
• All prizes must be taken before 12/31/11 or will be forfeited.
• Scratch off complies with federal and state laws.
• The odds of winning: 1 out of how many people register
• All federal, state, local and income taxes and fees associated with acceptance of prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winner may be required to furnish appropriate tax documentation.
• All expenses not described as part of the prize, including but not limited to travel, lodging, and meals are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

How the winning number Is selected:

• The Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival® will select a number on Thursday, June 23rd after 12 Noon which is the deadline for registration.
• Selected number will be between 100,001 and up and based on the number of registrants between June 10th and June 23rd.
