Membership in the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival® is an investment in the most visible demonstration of civic pride in the Winchester – Frederick County area. The Festival provides a window for the rest of the world to see at its very best. This Great “Springtime Extravaganza” embodies the quality of life enjoyed by the residents of the area!
The Festival provides a significant annual transfusion of new dollars into the economic bloodstream of the community. It is a sound investment because the return in economic impact will be, at least, four dollars for every dollar invested.
