The Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival® In-Town and Out-of-Town Miss Honorary Fire and Rescue Chief Contest presented by Trex will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 8 at Daniel Morgan Middle School in Winchester. The contest, where local fire companies are represented by a young lady aged 16 – 21, is one of the longest running Apple Blossom events. Tickets are $10 at the door.
